Our stay at the villa was amazing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive. The food prepared by the onsite chef was delicious and we had a great variety. I would highly recommend this property and will most likey return in the future.

Amazing Villa
We were fortunate enough to be able to stay at this amazing beach villa. There are absolutely no words to describe how beautiful it is, how superb the service is, and how much we enjoyed our time there. From the moment we arrived and greeted with fresh mimosas, until the time they bid us farewell, we were treated as valued guests. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were terrific, the private pool and beach were beautiful, and the rooms are large and very well appointed. There is nothing you could want that the Yrie Beach Villa does not provide in a beachside location in Negril, Jamaica. We can't wait to go back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Yrie Beach Villa and I can confidently say it was a remarkable experience. From the moment our group arrived at the Villa, we were greeted by the most amazing staff. The staff went above and beyond for our group to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The chef was absolutely fantastic. The Villa itself was beautiful with spacious bedrooms, personal balconies with great views and common areas that were stunning. The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful "backyard" equipped with a gorgeous pool, lush landscaping and private beach with white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise water. The location offered a perfect balance of a peaceful and private retreat, but was also conveniently situated near local restaurants and shops. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at the Yrie Beach Villa. It really is perfect for any occasion. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to create lasting memories in the beautiful surroundings of Negril, Jamaica.

Remarkable Experience
Absolutely Amazing Girl's Trip
I don't have enough kind words to say about our stay. The location, the villa, the staff, the food...everything was absolutely amazing. The pictures on the website do not do justice for the experience. Each room was so meticulously decorated not to mention the views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. Blondie, Mari, Carl and the rest of the staff took such great care of us! We are definitely looking forward to visiting again!

This huge beautiful new villa sits on a wonderful part of seven mile beach in Negril. From the expedited service through customs and the included shuttle from the Montego Bay Airport to the villa on our arrival to the timely efficient and courteous transport back, the service was impeccable. Courtney Myrie, who owns the villa with her husband, is an exceptional communicator. I must have called her 3-4 times on the day of our arrival because we had guests coming from all over the US and there were many delayed flights. We chose from their extensive menu to have breakfast and dinner prepared for our group of 16. Marie, the cook, was amazing and every meal seemed to be better than the next. We each picked up booze at duty-free so we had more or less an open bar in the kitchen plus all of the beer and wine and snacks that we requested. Blondie and Narta were always courteous and fun. Tina gave us a fantastic tour and we all got to choose our bedrooms. There is not a bad one there. They are all immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great. If you have a large group and you all plan on showering at the same time, there is a good chance it will be a cool or warm shower. The pool was fantastic and the ocean water is crystal clear and warm. We saw starfish and stingrays while soaking in the ocean. The beach is truly 7 miles of which most is walkable. It was very enjoyable to people watch up and down the beach. The bar next store to the house was a lot of fun with tasty drinks. We had a catamaran cruise for our group that ended with a rainstorm and was with a new company that Yrie Villa had never used. The hosts personally called to apologize about the inconvenience and even sent their cousin over to see if there was anything he could offer instead. No one wanted to leave the beauty of the house. The rooftop deck for sunset is great. Please please make coming to Villa Yrie your choice if coming to Jamaica. I have been to the island several times, usually staying at all inclusive resorts and this beats them all. If you have a large group, this is so much of a smarter choice than a resort. Thank you so much to the Myries and their lovely staff. We would love to return.

High Expectations Exceeded
Palace in Paradise fit for a Queen
Every aspect of our stay at Yrie Beach Villa exceeded our expectations. This place is even better than it looks in the pictures. If you want to plan a group trip that your friends and family will rave about forever, look no further! The organization and communication from the owner leading up to our visit ensured that everything went smoothly, from arrival to departure. Not an easy task with a bachelorette party of 17 women! The staff is capable, kind, and helpful. They are consummate professionals, able to anticipate their guests' needs. The chef and cooking team kept our bellies full of healthy, fresh, and local food that was thoughtfully prepared and presented. Cleanliness and safety were 10 out of 10, with daily turndown service and private security throughout the night. The location cannot be topped! It felt very private and peaceful, while in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, steps away from the best entertainment in town. I highly recommend letting the staff do all of the grocery shopping and trusting their advice on all planning matters. If you need anything at all - talk to Nardia before lifting a finger. She and all the staff will make you look like a superstar event planner!

Beautiful Beachfront Villa
We had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at Yrie Villa in July 2022. I cannot say enough about the ambience of the surroundings, the beautiful villa, and the hospitality of the staff. There were 15 guests in our party and the staff catered to our every need from the delicious breakfast spread every morning, the rooftop reception, to the poolside anniversary dinner... everything was done to perfection! Thanks to the incredible staff for making this a wonderful experience and one we'll never forget. The fact that Yrie Villa is owned by a Jamaican, from the Negril area, was the deciding factor as to why I chose this villa over the many others that I considered and I was not disappointed by this choice.

Our group of 9 planned this trip for 6 months. The owner, Courtney was amazing from start to finish. My emails/questions were answered in a timely manner and she insured we received first class service. We were greeted at the airport and escorted through customs VIP style and welcomed at the villa like royalty. The staff were amazing as well. The chef killed it every day. They waited on us like we were at Buckingham palace. The overall service was done top notch and with smiles every day. The 13000 sq ft house is to die for. Every room was awesome. The entire house was immaculate at all times. Courtney ensured we were not short of anything and if there was something we needed, she got it for us. We had never stayed in a place like that before with butler service, security, top chef, housekeeping every day, and the smiles. We got more than what we paid for so I highly recommend you to rent this place. My friends and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Courtney and your staff, for treating us like family. In such a short time we came to love you. See you soon!

We will definitely be back. The house was beautiful, inside and out. The staff was always on point working with our daily changes. I felt like they took care of everyone. We had 13 people total and the house accommodated all easily. The food was amazing. Chef Cher is awesome! We were celebrating a few graduations and engagement. LUXURY VILLA!
This is BY FAR the BEST and MOST LUXURIOUS Villa I have ever rented! I went with a group of 8 women for a 5 day getaway. Everything from the airport transfers and VIP planeside service, to the drinks upon arrival at the Villa, the friendliness of the staff, privacy, service, security, food, etc was TOP NOTCH. The Villa is literally on the beach. The pool is warm, the grounds are immaculate and the rooms are modern and HUGE! You will not regret booking this Villa and I really hope to return with family someday! 2 meals per day were prefect and the place is spotless and Luxurious. You will feel like royalty here and the Owner, Courtney was so helpful. She checked on us everyday and went above and beyond with little extras that made us feel special (added a Rum tasting, dinner by the pool, lighting & releasing lanterns, gave us a ride in town for lunch and shopping, etc). Caribbean Christmas
Our family had an unbelievable stay at Yrie Villa! Our jaws dropped when the front gates opened as we were greeted by the friendly staff. They prepared a wonderful dinner for our arrival and our favorite Ting was on ice! Every day got better and better. We were served delicious local fare with beautiful presentation. We even tried many fruits we had never heard of. The grounds were kept immaculate. The pool and beach were so nice! Beach towels are provide and so are paddle boards. We enjoyed family game night on the outside porch every evening. We had 2 birthdays to celebrate and they went above and beyond with a gorgeous beach dinner and bonfire. We even got to send off Chinese Lanterns! Our rooms were cleaned every day and our laundry was even done (on special request). The online pics definitely do not do this home justice. It’s way more awesome! We have already booked our next stay! Perfect for family gatherings with plenty of room for privacy. Hands down….this is the best home on the beach! Courtney was so easy to work with and extremely accommodating. One Love ❤️🇯🇲.

Just having time to sit down and think about our vacation! I can’t put into words how incredible the experience was at Yrie Beach Villa. From the moment we booked we were warmly greeted by Courtney who assured us that we would have an amazing vacation, with amazing food, lots of activities and a great place to stay. She sent us menu options and helped to arrange everything we needed including transportation when we arrived. Upon arrival we were greeted by a full staff with smiles, mimosas and our welcoming meal. From then on every moment was like a dream. The staff made sure we were well fed and comfortable, they even put together themed nights for us with rum tasting and special decorations, the Villa was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and spacious, each room had its own character. We had a band come and play for us, bonfires and meals on the beach, a catamaran snorkel cruise and countless hours hanging around the Villa soaking in the sun by the private pool and by the beach. At night we were able to walk to some of the best spots to see live music. I can’t recommend this place enough. We had such an amazing experience we decided to make it an annual trip! Can’t wait to see you all next year. Special thanks to Courtney, Dr. Myrie, Cortina, Eddie, Nadia, Blondie, Carl, and Marie. You all gave us such a memorable experience!

Staying at this villa was the most beautiful experience of my life. The ocean view from the pool, the bedroom balcony, and the private backyard allowed me to experience the glorious sunset every day. The staff was amazing in every way. The chef made the trip worth every penny. He was so professional and created dishes that catered to my desires and surpassed my expectations. Every meal was not only delicious, but I could taste the love in my soul with every bite. Chef Fitzroy is truly a blessing from God. I have fallen in love with the Yrie Beach Villa. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

There were 11 women in this trip. Someone can imagine there were 11 email personalities. This was an experience not just a villa rental. The property is new and Immaculate. The staff went out of their way to please every guest at all times. The chef was creative and on point at every meal! Loved it so much already planning to go back in three months.
