Is the villa only rented to one group at a time?

 

- Yes, there is only group on property at a time.

 

What does the base price include?

 

- The base price per night is for 10 guests. Each guest over 10 is additional $232 per night.

 

Is transportation included with our rental?

 

- Yes, shared transportation and VIP services on arrival (Club MoBay) are included with your stay. Private transportation can be arranged as well. There may be a small fee per person.

 

Is Yrie Beach Villa located on the beach?

           

- Yes, the villa sits directly on the pristine Seven Mile Beach in Negril.

 

How far is the villa from the Montego Bay airport?

 

- It is approximately an hour and 15 min drive from the Montego Bay airport.

 

Does the booking price come with the staff?

 

 - Yes, the booking price includes all staff members. Yrie Beach Villa is a fully staffed property with a chef, housekeeping, groundskeeper, security, server/bartender, and concierge host.

 

What are additional charges when staying at the villa?

 

            - All food, beverages, and staff gratuity are additional.

 

Do you only book thru VRBO?

 

- No, you can book directly thru Yrie Beach Villa to eliminate fees.

 

What payment options do you offer?

 

- You can pay via direct wire transfer, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, and via credit card. 3.9% will be added to PayPal and credit cards for processing fees.

 

What happens after we secure a booking?

 

- A member of our staff will contact you shortly after booking to answer and questions you may have. About 60 days prior to arrival, or earlier if desired, staff will help you set up transportation, arrange all excursions/activities, coordinate small events, pre-stock your special requested items to be available upon your arrival at the villa (beer, water, snacks, etc); including all other requests to ensure your vacation is relaxing and stress-free.

 

Are we allowed to cook our own meals?

 

- No, all meals are to be prepared by our chef.

 

Do we have to eat every meal at the villa during our stay?

 

- No, absolutely not! Jamaica has amazing cuisine and we encourage you to explore all Jamaica has to offer!

 

How do we prepare a menu?

 

- A member of the staff will communicate with you prior to your arrival regarding your dining plans. A menu will be prepared and staff will do the shopping needed for your stay.

 

How many meals does the chef prepare per day?

 

- The chef prepares breakfast and dinner each day. Lunch can be prepared upon request.

 

How do we pay for the food?

 

- An invoice will be presented to guests and will need to be settled the night prior to check out.

 

How much should we tip the staff?

 

- We recommend you offer a gratuity of 15-20% of your rental rate for the staff. Gratuity is then divided accordingly amongst the staff.
